In Townships in PMB, Durban, JHB, Pretoria there are areas which are suburban. Renovated houses, relatively safe, even delivery companies are available(like Sosha VV).

I have yet to encounter an township with areas of development and safety as good those in the Western Cape😭

Cape Town township are no difference to Jozi townships though.
It's just that y'all like to make CPT look bad. Whereas every township in SA is bad AF.
