My battle with @CityPowerJhb ended at 16:21. Thank you to the Siyanqoba technicians who were here from 12:47 explained thoroughly what the problems were. Thanks to the other technician from @CityPowerJhb who came through to test the lines & sorted it out in the blink of an eye.
