@FedEx and @FedExHelp Given you claim you don't care about Fedex Uganda, your services here are horrible. Extra hidden fees, the worst customer care. Every review and tweet about fedex Uganda is appalling. Why can't u do something about it.

@FedEx what has happened to your FedEX Kampala Uganda branch? Their phones have been off and branch locked up for close to two months! We had medical supplies mailed to us 27th of March (that arrived 31st) and can’t get it. In the future I think DHL will be our company of choice!

@FedExHelp and @FedEx paid to ship a parcel from the states to Uganda and tracking it displays schedule delivery pending. When I contact local Fedex Uganda, not only is your customer care horrible, you insinuate I have to pay extra money to clear. Why do i have to pay twice?
