@up_10t_army Roads are good, since it's more like a forest prone area, so yes safety issues are still there, if you are aware enough you can tackle those issues. If the govt would take care of here just as they are doing in Vindhyachal region, it will generate more revenues like Goa & Kerala.

यह स्पष्टीकरण मीडिया रिपोर्ट से हमारे संज्ञान में आए खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग, पिथौरागढ़ द्वारा 20 अक्टूबर 2020 को खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम के अंतर्गत लिए गये पतंजलि गाय का घी के नमूने के संदर्भ में मुकदमा और न्यायालय द्वारा संबंधित आदेश के विषय में है।‌

यह आदेश निम्नलिखित कारणों से त्रुटिपूर्ण तथा विधि-विरुद्ध है:
1.रेफरल प्रयोगशाला NABL से गाय के घी के परीक्षण के लिए मान्यता प्राप्त नहीं थी, इसलिए वहाँ किया गया परीक्षण विधि की दृष्टि से स्वीकार्य नहीं है। यह हास्यास्पद और घोर आपत्तिजनक है कि एक सब-स्टैंडर्ड लैब ने पतंजलि के सर्वश्रेष्ठ गाय के घी को सब-स्टैंडर्ड बताया है।

2.जिन पैरामीटरों के आधार पर नमूना असफल घोषित किया गया, वे उस समय लागू ही नहीं थे, इसलिए उनका प्रयोग करना विधिक रूप से गलत है।
3.पुन: परीक्षण नमूने की एक्सपायरी तिथि बीत जाने के बाद किया गया, जो कानून के अनुसार अमान्य है।

न्यायालय ने इन सभी प्रमुख तर्कों पर विचार किए बिना प्रतिकूल आदेश पारित किया है, जो विधि की दृष्टि से सही नहीं है। इस आदेश के विरुद्ध फूड सेफ्टी ट्राइब्यूनल में अपील दायर की जा रही है, और हमें पूर्ण विश्वास है कि ट्राइब्यूनल के समक्ष हमारे पक्ष के ठोस आधारों पर यह मामला हमारे पक्ष में निर्णयित होगा।

वैसे भी इस फैसले में कहीं भी पतंजलि गाय का घी उपयोग के लिए हानिकारक नहीं बताया गया है। सिर्फ घी में RM Value के मानक से नाम-मात्र का अंतर पाया जाना ही स्पष्ट किया गया है। यह RM Value घी में volatile fatty acid (जो घी के गर्म करने पर उड़नशील होता है) का लेवल बताता है। यह प्राकृतिक प्रक्रिया है। इससे घी की गुणवत्ता पर कोई असर नहीं होता। जैसे शरीर में नाम-मात्र का हीमोग्लोबिन के अंतर प्राकृतिक होता है।

यह RM Value का मानक पशुओं के आहार और जलवायु आदि के आधार पर क्षेत्रीय स्तर पर भिन्न-भिन्न होता है। यहां तक कि सरकारी नियामक संस्था FSSAI भी इस RM Value को बदलती रहती है। कभी क्षेत्रीय आधार पर अलग-अलग RM Value का प्रावधान तो कभी राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर एक RM Value निश्चित किया जाता रहा है।

पतंजलि पूरे देश से कड़े मानदंडों और जांच के आधार पर दूध एवं गाय का घी एकत्र करके राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर विक्रय करती है।
