@SW_Help I was unable to complete my journey at Farnham due to the track issues so had to alight at Woking. I have a flexible ticket and don’t want to be penalised. What do I do?
@SW_Help I am trying to call your customer service team as it easier to speak to someone. Well I thought that but it now states it’s closed. Even though website says it’s open to 8pm!
@SW_Help I normally get the 17:55 from Waterloo to Farnham but it was stuck at Clapham Junction so I got on the Basingstoke train. Alighted at Woking and was advised there that they didn’t know if the next rain was terminating at Aldershot so I didn’t take the risk
@StagecoachSouth how can a bus be late at 6:07am. There is. Traffic to blame on. No.18 to Aldershot from Bordon post office. Due at 6.11am (moved from 6:10am a few months back lol) now not due til 06:20am this bus is consistently late every morning. What is the reasoning?
Extremely poor customer service from @ThePerfumeShop! Ordered an item over a week ago. Photo taken of parcel but not on doorstep. Was advised 72hrs and then another 72hrs to investigate. No response no communication whatsoever.
