Barrington - FowlmereAirfield circuit earlier this week. Flew it 🛩️, then ran it 🏃🏾‍♂️. 34,000kcal (aviation fuel), then 1400kcal (my fuel), respectively. Great fun, both ways, worth every calorie! #GeneralAviation #WorkLifeBalance
