The officers doing administrative Jobs in the offices and the ones controlling traffic are also doing their jobs.
Carrying arms is not the only role in the police

If tomorrow you see a team of armed female police officers being drafted to Sambisa while men are mounting traffic points, you'll complain.

@ooolutosin The obvious answer to that question is that, in most cases, women don't have the physical strength needed to do the job that requires carrying firearms. 9 out of 10 female police officers would chose sitting in the office over going out for operations.
