Human FREE WILL
- define as:
"Freedom of humans to make choices that are not determined by prior causes or by divine intervention."
The Bible has something to say about our " free will"
• Ephesians 1:11
" In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:"
• Philippians 2:13
" For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure."

• John 15:16
"Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you."
• Romans 9:16
" So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy."
• Romans 9:18
"Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth."
• John 19:11
" Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin."
• Proverbs 16:9
" A man's heart deviseth his way: but the Lord directeth his steps."
• Matthew 26:34-35
"Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, That this night, before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice.
Peter said unto him, Though I should die with thee, yet will I not deny thee. Likewise also said all the disciples."
• Acts 1:7
"And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power."
• Acts 1:16
"Men and brethren, this scripture must needs have been fulfilled, which the Holy Ghost by the mouth of David spake before concerning Judas, which was guide to them that took Jesus."
• The following quote comes from Martin Luther book " The bondage of the will " p35,36
"Therefore, it is not irreligious, curious, Or super-
fluous. but essentially wholesome and necessary, for a Christian to know, whether or not the will does any thing in those things which pertain unto Salvation. Nay, let me tell you, this is the very hinge upon which our discussion turns.
It is the very heart of our subiect. For our object is this : to inquire what "Free-will" can do. in what it is passive, and how it stands with reference to the grace of God. If we know nothing of these things we shall know nothing whatever of Christian matters, and shall be far behind all people upon the earth. He that does not feel this, let him confess that he is no Christian. And he that despises and laughs at it, let him know that he is the Christian greatest enemy: For, if I know not how much can do myself, how far my ability extends, and what I can do God-wards; I shall be equally uncertain and ignorant how much God is to do, how far His ability is to extend, and what He is to do toward me: whereas it is
"God that worketh al in all. "(1 Cor. xii. 6.) But if I know not the distinction between our working and the power of God, I know not God Himself.
And if I know not God, I cannot worship Him, praise Him, give Him thanks, nor serve Him; for I shall not know how much I ought to ascribe unto myself, and how much unto God. It is necessarv, therefore, to hold the most certain distinction, between the power of God and our power, the working of God and our working, if we would live in His fear...."
That is why the Bible don't support human free will.

@Nance726 NOT GONNA HAPPEN.
Here is why?
1 Corinthians 2:5
"That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God."
If you question your faith, the power of God has not yet worked in you to make you a Christian.

@JustinPetersMin@BasedMikeLee I will make it easy. They don't believe THIS JESUS:
Isaiah 9:6
"For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace."
What is the CRAB?
The CRAB is a 35-foot-tall (11 meters), three-wheeled amphibious vehicle built from a tripod of steel pipes. It was originally designed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to drive directly off the beach and straight into the ocean to map the seafloor and monitor coastal erosion.
Because it is so incredibly tall, it can withstand six-foot waves and drive through water depths exceeding 20 feet while keeping the operator and its sensitive laser-mapping equipment safely high above the ocean's surface.
Because God is defined as perfect and Holy, He cannot do things that contradict His own character:
Sin or do evil:
God cannot be tempted, nor can He do anything unholy.
Lie:
Truth is fundamental to God's nature, making it impossible for Him to deceive or break a promise.
Change:
God is immutable. Because He is already perfect, He cannot improve or degrade.
Cease to exist:
God is eternal and without beginning or end.
Logical Impossibilities:
God's power operates within the bounds of logic. He cannot perform tasks that are self-contradictory or logically absurd:
Make a round square: Drawing a shape that contradicts its own definition is a logical paradox, not a test of power.
Create a rock so heavy He cannot lift it: This presents a logical contradiction—an omnipotent being creating something greater than omnipotence.
Create another God: Omnipotence, by definition, requires being the ultimate and supreme entity.
3. Flaws and Mistakes
Perfection means the absence of human limitations:
Make a mistake:
Everything God does aligns with perfect wisdom and knowledge.
Forget:
Being omniscient means God has complete and unending knowledge of the past, present, and future.
Does the Bible say we are all children of God?
No, the Bible does not teach that all people are children of God. Instead, it makes a clear distinction:
All humans are God's creation. Only those who receive Jesus by faith are given the right to become children of God through spiritual adoption (being "born again" of God).
John 1:12-13
" But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God."
Galatians 3:26
"For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus."
Romans 8:14-16
"For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:"

In the New Testament, Jesus declares Himself the true Temple (John 2:19-21, where He speaks of destroying "this temple" and raising it in three days, referring to His body). His death on the cross is presented as the once-for-all, perfect sacrifice that ends the need for the old system's animal offerings (Hebrews 7-10, especially 8:13: "By calling this covenant 'new,' he has made the first one obsolete"; 9:11-14, 10:1-18). Rebuilding a physical Temple and restarting blood sacrifices would symbolically (or literally) declare that Christ's atonement was insufficient or incomplete—effectively denying the New Covenant.
THEOGONY and MARY
Theogony" (from Greek theos = god + gonos/gonia = birth/generation). It refers to accounts or myths describing the origin, genealogy, and birth of gods—specifically, one god (or gods) giving birth to other gods.
Jesus is fully God:
John 1:1, 14 states, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God... And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us." Jesus is the eternal Son of God who took on human flesh. Other verses: Isaiah 9:6 and John 20:27 -28
Mary is the mother of Jesus:
The Gospels repeatedly call her His mother ( Matthew 1:18, John 2:1). She conceived Him by the Holy Spirit, carried Him, and gave birth to Him (Luke 1:31-35; Galatians 4:4).Therefore, Mary is the mother of Jesus who is fully God.
The Westminster Confession of Faith say this:
"The Son of God, the second person of the Trinity, being very and eternal God, of one substance and equal with the Father, did, when the fullness of time was come, take upon Him man's nature, with all the essential properties, and common infirmities thereof, yet without sin; being conceived by the power of the Holy Ghost, in the womb of the virgin Mary, of her substance. So that two whole, perfect, and distinct natures, the Godhead and the manhood, were inseparably joined together in one person, without conversion, composition, or confusion. Which person is very God, and very man, yet one Christ, the only Mediator between God and man."
This is not saying:
1. Mary is divine or eternal (she is a created human). It simply affirms she bore the eternal Son in His humanity. It does not describe a theogony: It does not mean Mary (a created human) gave birth to a new god, or that God the Father has a "mother," or that divinity is generated like in pagan myths. It affirms the Incarnation: The eternal Son of God (who has always existed) took on human nature in Mary's womb. She is the mother of the Person who is God incarnate (Jesus), not the originator of His divinity. God the Trinity is uncreated and eternal— no "birth" of new gods involved.
2. That Mary is without sin. She needs a saviour from her sin like everyone does.
Luke 1:46-47
" And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord,And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour."
Romans 3:23
"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;"

If the universities are failing to teach the youth in Christian doctrine. What are we as Christian fathers/ mothers doing about it?
My answer is this:
Get good Christian books that explain biblical doctrine. Keep them at home and study them, so we can answer our kids questions or even better... to ask our kids the right questions so they can learn to think for themselves.
Write in those books and leave them behind for your kids to read and see their father / mother notes in it. At some point we go to Heaven and the good Christian books can help your child to understand the Bible better when they can't ask you questions anymore.
May we strive to think well as Christian parents....
