Morning @SouthernRailUK. Why when I search for a ticket to London Terminals does it gives me options in this order? Last night I bought a weekly season to London Thameslink by mistake. This is not valid at Victoria and your website wants £10 to swap it. They are the same price!

@moving_charlie I would say the strongest (negative) correlation is between the house-price-to-income ratio and real interest rates. But that's not an option...

@moving_charlie It's an odd question. House prices are a nominal concept, and tend to rise over time. They are non-stationary. Real wage growth, by contrast, is stationary. Non-stationary series cannot be correlated with stationary series over long periods of time.
