@zach_seyko everyone picks @GoPSUsports on them but they are great people. State College, PA is a tough area to travel and to be fair to athletes they charter alot which puts programs deeper red than other schools but this is a promise to be in the classroom longer instead of airports

It’s not even remotely close. @AmericanAir is the worst run operation in existence. Insane delays, massive service center lines, gate agents have no idea what’s going on. I need to stay far away from this crap.

I’ll DM after I mention we were told at customer service to rebook and as 200 people waited the agents yelled “go back to the gate, it’s a new plane! Any problems contact customer relations”

The most @AmericanAir thing you’ll see - delays l, plane change gate changes and from the runway we turned back to the gate for no reason announced. AA3031 tracks as enroute it really means delay on the runway for over an hour and turn back trapped on the plane with zero info.
