We opened our gas station during #HurricaneBeryl with no power, POS system, or fuel while everyone else was closed. Here’s what happened:

1. 90% of our customers were brand new -> We made sure to provide excellent customer service. Helped carry cases of water, curbside for customers with disabilities, etc.

2. We sold out FAST. Ice, bread, milk, eggs, charcoal, marshmallows, batteries, chips, candy, canned food, dog food, cat food.
-> Next natural disaster, we’ll be better prepared with essentials

3. The love we received from the community was insane. People were so grateful that they could get the supplies they needed. I’ve never been so thanked in my life
-> Mom & pop shops are declining as corporate chains gain greater market share. Their lower prices are great, but where are they during natural disasters? Same place as @JoelOsteen, safely locked away in their mega mansions.

Politics aside, we cannot let this man run for another 4 year term. He is mentally unfit. The downfall of this nation will not be migrants, inflation, or healthcare. It will be politicians putting party loyalty & greed above all else.
