unfortunately it seems the most common way is by speaking on some form of conflict or creating a post that could incite interactions between commenters (more easily with stuff people have strong opinions on) it could become more complex if you’re in a niche meaning you would have to tailor topics in a way that still catches a broad net but stays true to what you’re about.

one time i asked if i could spend a class period in the all spanish speaking spanish class (the one for already native speakers) and at that time i was actually pretty good at getting the jist of what people were saying in Spanish. I wanted to challenge myself a little more we weree doing literal coloring pages in senior year Spanish ridiculous. But anyways it went ehh about as well as you could expect, i filled out like one work paper and then class was over. Interesting but also kind of a nightmare scenario i put myself in for no reason other than bcs i thought i could handle it
