Relationships are built on trust. Admin, If you don’t give teachers responsibilities, a voice in the process, or if you micromanage them, they will assume you don’t trust them. If you don’t trust them, they will never trust you and strong relationships will never be built.

Huge shout out to our 6th grade students and Mrs.Siegele for sending every student at Lincoln a poem through the mail! Happy a poem in a pocket day to you #LESAchieve#JacketNation
Effective administrators check on their staff more frequently and treat their staff better than they expect them to treat students and parents. They lead by example.
Teachers, if you feel frustrated just remember this really isn’t what you signed up for. So stop being so hard on yourself and remember this fall you will be back in the classroom with your new kids where your strengths and talents will shine again.
