@AmericanAir I understand weather is out of your control. But, how you respond is not. Trapped in AUA with so many others and it appears ano reasonable way of getting us home in the next day or two. That’s after pushing it back several times, rebooking us on a flight that didn’t exist, etc.

Have a flight out of CLT on Thursday for my brother’s wedding - please find a way to get me to CLT by tomorrow. Send a rescue plan to AUA for all of us stranded!

@AmericanAir why is it every time? Every single time I fly with American I get hit with this type of stuff. An international red eye with a connecting flight - had to deplane after sitting on the plane for an hour due to maintenance. Now going to miss my leg. Great start! #AA734
