I’ve decided to run the Scottish Half Marathon to raise money for @StColumbas this August. Anything you can afford to donate would be very much appreciated.

Pupils at Liberton High School in Edinburgh have been telling us about their results as they gathered on campus at 8am.
Around 145,000 learners across Scotland have received their National 5, Higher and Advanced Higher results today.
“I was awake for quite a long time before I managed to get some sleep”
Pupils at @LibertonHS in Edinburgh have been telling @jackfostr about their nerves (and relief) at today’s exam results. Grades for National, Higher and Advanced Highers went out this morning across Scotland.
Good luck to everyone receiving their results today. I hope you are all delighted after such hard work. If you find yourself disappointed please read below. You know we will be there to help you plan your next steps #NoWrongPath
To all students awaiting your SQA results: best of luck with the outcome. Remember that these are important, but they do not define who you are. You're much more than a set of exam results.
Whatever happens, move forward and make the most of every opportunity.
I express my sincere thanks to John Wilson, who this week retires as headteacher of Broughton High School.
Under his tenure, pupil pass rates across all qualifications have risen to record levels. Details in @edinburghpaper https://t.co/7F8qcfKQKg
Huge thanks to @beuniformsSW for coming to our school last night to allow families to view and purchase our new LHS branded hoodies and sweatshirts. They look great and we can’t wait

Today, after two wonderful years at Broughton, I officially started my new role as Pupil Support Leader at Liberton HS. I will miss the staff, families and - most importantly - the incredible young people @BroHighOfficial. I am, however, excited to join the Liberton community.
After a comprehensive set of tasks we have appointed our S6 Leadership Team for 2023/24. All of the young people involved were full of passion and great ideas. The successful candidates are:
Head Students: Arlo Wilson & Saina Chowdhury
Deputes: Pavel Yanev & Nene Jobe
Best wishes to all learners whose SQA results come on Tuesday. If you do well, congratulations on working hard to reach your goal! Savour this moment. If your results are disappointing, work out how to improve and rise to the challenge. Those who love you still love you.
Closing out the school year, we're excited to highlight this remarkable book written by S1 & S2 pupils @BroHighOfficial@BroEnglishDept. The Darkside of Edinburgh explores the sinister side of #Edinburgh. Cover and art by https://t.co/SUOUUxvEYb. #newbookdayisthebestday
