Terrible news as Veldt Restaurant in Hout Bay just burnt down! 🔥

I spoke to the manager and everyone is safe, managed to get out in time. What a shame, brilliant establishment! 😭

I hope they manage to recover, it was one of my best restaurants in Cape Town. 🙌

@TrishaPackham @helenzille @boltapp Yeah in the early days they had a lot of stories. It seems Uber is the one with all the horror stories now, not to mention the theft by drivers when numerous mates leave phones and laptops in the cars by mistake.

No support, terrible customer service and items never returned!
