@GOP_is_Gutless Almost 30% of residential housing in Ohio Urban areas are owned by management groups and large corporations. If this law passes, they will stand to save the most, while those who own a single property will end up paying those same taxes in another form or taxation.

@GOP_is_Gutless The average citizen will not benefit from this. It won’t belong before the government increases other taxes to make the money back. Rich corporations who own several properties will benefit from. Just another way to make the rich richer.

BREAKING: Ohio State OL Devontae Armstrong has committed to Miami OH.

The 6’5 320 OL was the No. 3-ranked IOL in Ohio in his class and has three years of eligibility left.

The juniors finished their first set of four Build back the block shed for Hamilton. The wrapped up the shed unit by doing a lesson on metal trim bending. They also made small sections on their own in groups of two.

Sophomores are also working on group scroll saw projects making 3D logos and images.

Sophomores are installing the corners and siding all of which were donated by community members. The corners are from reclaimed barn beams that could be up to 100 years old.

Senior are installing drywall on their mock ups. Ceilings are done and they are working non their walls and around the electrical boxes.

The seniors finished up the framing this week by installing the roof shearing. Each mock up has different slope/pitch ranging from 3/12-7/12. This will give them all the opportunity to experience different roof slopes.

Today we are painting the trim white. We will put the second coat of trim paint on Monday.
