I don't usually talk about this on socials but its such a big deal for that I felt the need to.
As most of you are not aware I have a bunch of health issues one of them being my weight. In March of this year I was at my heaviest at 185.5 kg (408.9 pounds for the peeps in the US)

so I decided to see my Doctor about going on medication to help me lose weight (I also needed to lose the weight for surgery), as of today since I have been on medication I have lost a total of 30 kgs (66.13 pounds).
