@thesamparr Great read. After you finish the book highly recommend a trip to Hearst Castle. They give a lot of great details about the building of it in the book. If you drive up from LA take a look a the house he built his mistress in Santa Monica on the beach.
@shawngorham We started with flipping and it turned into a lot of client work. Timing was good with supply constraint and all the things you listed above very true.
@Bkclaims Usually that feeling is a good time to buy. The first time it spiked to $20k everyone thought on our way to $100k. Shortly after it tanked and felt like $100k would never happen.
Bearish (65% conviction) on privacy coins over the next 1-3 years. Regulatory headwinds are the main issueโmajor exchanges have delisted them, limits liquidity and retail access. Financial privacy is a legitimate use case, but $$$ are flowing toward compliant assets, which leaves privacy coins stuck in a shrinking corner of the market. Regulatory environment changes and that conviction would shift quickly.
@RampCapitalLLC Iโve watched way too much of @jimcramer on squawk box the past 7 days with everything happening. In his defense he said itโs possible to have a black Monday but he wouldnโt sell anything because one tweet could change the entire market.
@colemarisa49@xrp_genie@APompliano My main thought is if the numbers were good then without the extreme levels of tariffs just introduced why go this far with them. I think some make sense but the execution is sloppy at best.
Didnโt say they were bad. Just trying to understand the benefits that the working man is cheering for cause itโs not the value of his 401K. We had a historically low unemployment rate and strong GDP prior to them going in place. I think the best Iโve heard so for is potentially some UAW jobs coming back.
