@DrewNewsNetwork@AlecMacGillis This is also true at many elite universities in the country. For what it’s worth, HPU seemed to have a pretty nice grip on campus safety every time I was there.

Win or lose tonight, Curt Cignetti's impact at Indiana has been massive. He was far from the spotlight when he was stacking wins at Division II IUP (be honest - did you have to google THAT?).
@TariffPosts@DrClownPhD@WallStreetMav Agree with this comment. I had a fantastic realtor team that worked hard for me, answered every question, fought to make sure things were up to code, got into crawlspaces, met me at 7am and 7pm when needed, completely worth working with them.
When the people around you are committed to leadership and a common goal, ownership is shared. Start by:
Setting a standard (Make it clear)
Making a commitment (Track it)
Reaffirming daily (Review it!)
Make accountability a daily habit.
During my time at West Point - I learned as much from the cadet athletes about accountability as they were able to learn from me. When our standards slipped, nobody needed a lecture. We paused, reaffirmed our goals, and made ownership visible.
We set out to get better every time we practiced. Some days were easier than others. Some days cadets would come straight from getting punched in the face (literally). Other days they pulled an all-nighter preparing for an early morning room inspection (think: perfectly made bed)

The very next play, Jadeveon Clowney emphatically corrected their mistake
