Mexican Coffee Old Fashioned

2 oz Añejo Tequila
0.25 oz Coffee Liqueur
0.25 oz Rich Demerara Syrup (2:1)
4 dashes Orange Bitters
2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
3–5 drops Saline Solution

Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
Stir until properly chilled and diluted
Strain over a large cube in a rocks glass

Finish with:
3 atomized sprays of Chocolate-Orange Bitters
Fresh grated cinnamon
