The car Ruto wants you to take for inspection is four years old in Japan already, then is driven by a Japanese for another four years, and by the time you pick it from Mombasa, you will already be four years overdue on inspection fees. They may even slap you with the arrears.

Meanwhile, teachers will now have to renew their practice licenses every five years. Wait until they adjust it to annually. Alongside all other cadres.

The desperation for revenue is now reaching crazy levels.

Yet, what Ruto needs to do is take the budget and "treat" the expenditure side.
