Ultimately, I see the market as the means to connect medical innovations to the people who need them most. Helping companies succeed in doing so, helps improve outcomes and patients’ lives.

Like in the US, German patients expect health-related costs to be paid by insurance providers. Thus a significant reluctance against self-pay.
