@British_Airways@niste89 At the very minimum you could put something prominent on your website about what's happening and what you're doing to fix it. Bland "We're sorry..." messaging doesn't help. And the tracking website is down as well.
Dear @British_Airways, instead of replying to all delayed bag messages to the T5 baggage fiasco with a generic "We're sorry...", please put something prominent on your website about what you're doing to resolve the problem. And fix the 404 errors on the tracking website too.
