@Jeff_Mans @NorCalAggie There are several with long term use (over 1 year): Increased chances of bone fractures, infections, nutrient deficiencies (magnesium, calcium, B12) and most concerning is dementia.

You may actually have too little acid and the omeprazole is making things worse.
