We were looking at famous STEM heroes such as Alan Turing and Hedy Lamarr as well as discussing key concepts such as driverless cars and colonising Mars. #STEM #STEMLearning

Today I was invited along to my first Science club since becoming STEM Coordinator.

Had a great time looking at the different sugar content of drinks. I won’t touch a bottle of Yazoo as long as I live!

Tomorrow is my first lot of GCSE results since I became a teacher and I honestly feel so sick with anxiety it’s unreal!

Day 1 of our Summer School and the new Year 7 are having a really good day. They’ve taken part in a range of subjects including Maths, English, Science, Art, Sport, Computing and Drama.

They’ve had talks with the Chief Digital Officer and Chief Technology Officer, with a particular focus on technology and the role it plays within the airport, now and in the future!
