@JagexSupport @Jagex @OldSchoolRS UPDATE: I've figured out the password, but it's sending a 2FA code to an email that no longer exists. I can verify literally all information that shows ownership of the account, I JUST need either the 2FA to be changed or the email to be updated to a different email address.

@JagexSupport @Jagex I made an account for my daughter to play @OldSchoolRS and we can't remember her password and Google disabled the email we set up for her and we've tried recovering it but they denied the request for some reason and now I'm paying membership we can't use HELP

@JagexSupport @Jagex @OldSchoolRS I already did submit a ticket and was told that I need to contact the email provider.. which I also did and they denied my request to reactivate her email account

I've submitted a ticket to support to change the email but was told to contact the email provider.. which I did and they won't give us access back to the email. You can verify my IP and credit card, please let us change the details so she can play again
