PEAK: Chainsaw Man, Jujutsu Kaisen, Tokyo Ghoul. Catching up on Ichi the Witch

[MrDylath @MrDylath]

@NoContextCrap I thought this was gonna be so cool

[MrDylath @MrDylath]

@BimbleWizard what was he supposed to look like?

[MrDylath @MrDylath]

@danfarnsy @CrankyFed I always just talked him down, I think you had to be super high on Paragon and maybe something else too though

[MrDylath @MrDylath]

@100YearsAgoLive Need to revisit “The Sun Also Rises” sometime soon

[MrDylath @MrDylath]

@100YearsAgoLive first read in highschool I really struggled with the rhythm of his prose into near the end of the book, a few years later “For Whom the Bell Tolls” cemented itself as my favorite book ever written when I finished it and cried harder than any art has ever gotten me before

[MrDylath @MrDylath]

@r1ndie kagurabachi has been excellent man are people really not liking part 2?

[MrDylath @MrDylath]

@Beo_Arctodus i do love the single block entities that only store one item but an unbelievable amount of stacks in many modpacks, they seem like a fair compromise

[MrDylath @MrDylath]

@soychotic The prose was tough for me too but having not seen the movie beforehand the progressive solving of the various layered mysteries kept me engaged, idk if I’ll read any other Weir books though

[MrDylath @MrDylath]

I know it’s pretty much Fujimoto’s trademark, but all the “comedy” feels a little out of place after how heavy hitting everything was just a few chapters ago

[MrDylath @MrDylath]

And imo it’s not like the art is even BAD, it still punches at the important moments

[MrDylath @MrDylath]

As much as I LOVE when a manga has great art, I think I can confidently say that the quality drop in Chainsaw Man part 2 doesn’t really bother me all that much, because the story is still so gripping

I had forgotten how far gone Denji gets in this chapter

[MrDylath @MrDylath]

@lightningclare @Xenosaiyan Man I’ve been so desperate for a better JJK translation that I’ve been doubling down on learning Spanish just to read there official version, one by you would be out of this world

[MrDylath @MrDylath]

@marriqx @KalebThiag31068 shonen jump app only 3 bucks a month brody

[MrDylath @MrDylath]

@JungeToerless been goading people in my life into reading, I’ve succeeded with one (1) person but it’s better than no one :p

[MrDylath @MrDylath]

@Flicker0x1 how would they unmerge it after? It would be a pretty dystopian ending if almost everyone in Japan got turned into a giant monster and then killed

[UNKYNDLED ☆ @unkyndled]

Hey everyone. My mom has been battling breast cancer bravely all year, and while I do value my privacy, I would like to share her gofundme. She needs surgery and ongoing treatment, so all I ask is a bit of help as it's becoming overwhelming.
Every single donation she gets, be it $5 or $100, she excitedly messages me for every single one lmao. Thank you for reading this and considering, and if you can't, a RT would go a long way. Thank you.
