Thanx Tony. Then, after the vote, how many months will it take them to count all the hanging chads?? It must drive the American contractors nuts to have to work with them (GOI), constantly not keeping their word. Theoretically, it’s just one more day, but there’s always another thing, another day/week/month/holiday etc.
