@tjebert I always have students fill out a "Think Sheet" when they have to spend recess/lunch with me because of a poor choice.

A5: I find that having regular check ins with students with higher amount of discipline issues is always effective. It is as simple as grabbing them from class and taking a quick walk around the school asking about their day, week, etc. #ohprinchat

A2: Currently our school counselor has a character trait of the month. Teachers submit their student who demonstrated that character trait. Twice a year these students are recognized at our Arrowhead Breakfast #ohprinchat
