Minmatar loyalists have secured the success of the Starkmanir Restoration campaign, with CONCORD recognising Arzad and Ezzara as the Minmatar Republic’s sovereign space. Following the formal handover in November, Arzad will become Starkman, and Arzad II will once again bear the name Starkman Prime.
