There is a fire/fairy type pokemon in WiWa, however it is not Pombons evolution.
There is a new, 5th tapu that is fire/fairy

@AmpToad97 It just simply doesnt. Alot of pokemon have shown up in trailers before and got nothing. Its just there to show size and perspective. Talonflame got nothing in Z-A despite the teaser trailer showing Fletchling flying through the city
