Got blood work without seeing a doctor. Ordered online in 3 minutes, got my script right away. Picked a time and went to my local lab. Results landed in my email the next day. Really easy. Just order, go to the lab, get results. Try it: https://t.co/m2ircSLJDP
@DisconnectedLa1@_Likely_A_Bot@Mericamemed Biggest mistake is cooking to 165 for chicken. Always cook it under and let it rest so it rises to 165 then it’s juicy as fuck. Thermopen for the win. Buy one, don’t worry about the cost. Thank me later.
@HackForumsNet@_Likely_A_Bot@Mericamemed Way to be a cuck. I’m not buying a tomahawk steak to cook it like this. She can eat a cheap Walmart steak if that’s how she wants it cooked. My wife THOUGHT she liked well done steaks until I cooked her a proper steak and she eats it like I do now.
Nice work. Do what works for you don’t sweat the small stuff or what everyone else is doing. Im just glad you are breathing. Most guys just hold their breath and power thru reps which isn’t optimal. I learned long ago breathing is very important during lifting and you actually have to concentrate to do it because it’s not as natural as you think it would be. It helped me get stronger. Good cardio helps as well because you don’t get winded as easy doing these kinds of lifts so you can continue a set instead of letting your heart rate dictate your reps.
@CGTCFA @JohnathonTrick Better off with belt squats, pendulum or hack. You don’t have to load so many damn plates and it’s a better stimulus for the quads. I’ll do leg press 3rd in my lift and just do single leg presses.
I don’t know man. I talk to many guys in the gym and they don’t eat near enough to grow. When you’re lean and over 200lbs you have to stuff your face to eat enough, at least I do. I guess it depends on body composition and metabolism
You are correct tho, most people have no idea what training intensity really is. I’m usually soaking wet and it’s hard to drive home after my lifts. I usually sit for a few and sip on a post workout drink before I drive home. I do 1 to 1.5hr lifts and I’m exhausted afterward.
I have friends like you but I’m pretty sure that’s not what he is referring to. I get a lot of looks in the gym because I’m more muscular than most and I’m 47. Ive heard it all from I’m all roided up etc. I do take TRT but I also eat super clean and prioritize my health and the food I eat. Haters are gonna hate
