@AmazonHelp I don't want to know about your recycling efforts. I want you to make an effort to protect an item that has been purchased from your store that you have duty to ensure gets to the customer safely and not damaged.

How does @AmazonUK think it is acceptable to send a vinyl in a paper bag! No bubble wrap, no hard card... A bag! These are fragile (and expensive) items that should be protected during delivery. Luckily my vinyl is fine. But it does put me off ordering vinyl from them again.

Hi @WestMidRailway, I purchased a return journey on your app 1/2 ago for a train that is due to depart at 12.25 (25 mins time). I've had payment reciept .. However no tickets have come through to the app/email?? I'm going to have to buy another set of tickets from the station!
