People keep crying about rent prices in Accra, but the uncomfortable truth is some of you are not broke, you are just suffering individually by choice. Hear me out.

Imagine 5 friends actually trusted each other enough to plan. Each person saves GH₵1,000 a day.

That’s GH₵5,000 a day. GH₵35,000 a week. GH₵1,825,000 a year. Together.

That’s enough to buy property one by one until everyone owns a house. In 5 years, all of you could be landlords.

But no. Everybody wants to suffer alone, pay landlord alone, then gather online to cry about Accra rent.

Rent is a problem, yes but our bigger problem is no unity, no trust, no discipline, and no long-term thinking. 👍🏾
