I love how everyone in here just trying to roast me instead of attempting to understand where my thinking comes from and asking questions lol.. anyways, there’s something called realizing gains which my application may be off here but it’s when you enter an investment (stocks for example) and then when you get out, you only realize the gains within the investment as a whole from start to finish. It works here IMO because it’s the same cow and the cow obviously gains value. So, you could theoretically like a stock be in at $800, stay in the investment (buy and selling as the value goes up)then leave the investment at $1300, making your realized gain of $500.
