The cast of THE VIEW said that "The Founding Fathers got the 25th Amendment right." Really?

The 25th Amendment was authored in 1965 following the assassination of John F. Kennedy. Congress passed the joint resolution on July 6, 1965, and it was officially ratified by the states on February 10, 1967.

For the record, The Founding Fathers were generally born in the 1720s through 1750s and passed away between the 1790s and 1830s.

​While their lifespans varied, the "Founding generation" was most active on Earth during the 18th and early 19th centuries.

Benjamin Franklin was the oldest (born 1706), while figures like James Madison and Alexander Hamilton lived well into the early 1800s. James Monroe, the last of the "Virginia Dynasty" presidents, died in 1831.

So, The Founding Fathers had ZERO to do with the 25th Amendment. For the record. Where are the fact checkers at ABC NEWS?
