@airtransat I did- you denied claim telling me that reason was not ‘late arrival of aircraft,’ as we were told, but in fact a landing gear issue so u r therefore not liable. No evidence. When I asked for evidence simply told me it was the official position. Is that reasonable or transparent?
Hi again @airtransat - we took a flight with you 29 days ago. Over 3 hours late. Reason given: Late arrival of aircraft. So, I claimed. Today, predictably, you tell us it was a landing gear issue, so you are not liable. No evidence of course. How is this a transparent process?

@airtransat But there is a cost to that. Which will increase as our already delayed flight is delayed further. Now will need to pay for a hotel. I proposed that Air Transat put us onto the flight to our final destination (LON), with us paying the difference. But you didn’t want to do that.
@airtransat Thanks Melissa. Have already spent over an hour on the phone with your agents and, because my onward connection is with another carrier Air Transat’s message was basically ‘not our problem.’
@CommunityFibre Thanks Nathan - others have worked to escalate this in the past and I still await those callbacks. Not sure why I should have faith this time will be different.
The @CommunityFibre saga continues. Despite ~30 calls or chats to move address, you kept the old acc active & billed me twice. This prob explains why you sent 3 engineers to old address. So far 4 requests for mgr call backs but no calls. Don’t bother ppl. Cheapness not worth it.
Dear @HiveHomeUK you seem to be impossible to reach? I’ve tried your chat function 8 times, all of which told me that your agents were busy. I’ve called three times and twice when I got through, the call was cut off immediately and my current ‘9 min wait’ has been going for 16!

Tried now for over a week to get @CommunityFibre to change my address. Still no further. No one calls back when they say. Two different teams have either had new systems or glitches. Frankly terrible service.
Who knew buying a laptop from @currys would be so difficult 🤷🏻♂️ finding someone in shop to help challenging; the laptop on display not in stock. Couldn’t reserve at another shop. Went on line, no way of accessing the financing. Am guessing Curry’s just doesn’t want me to have one?
