@Harris_Bryan We did for a while. Got lots of new subs, but they converted at a much lower rate than subs from organic, partnerships, and other paid mediums.
Turned it off for the time being.
I’m convinced cash flow problems don’t exist…
But let’s say I’m wrong…
For every one cash flow problem…
There are a dozen creativity, courage and commitment problems.
Fix those and watch cash flow never be an issue again.

@Jared_Falk@sweatystartup Might limit you… but it’s better than the industry standard of posting a high base pay in the listing then lowballing on the actual job offer.

But I do think it depends on what you’re after when hiring.
If you’re looking for an established A-Player for the position, they’ll likely pass using this approach.
But if you’re looking for someone you can train and is hungry… it might work.
Whether I am in the state pen or a posh penthouse…
Whether I’m 55 or 85…
Whether I’m healthy or destined to die the next day…
I’d read a bit.
Write a lot.
Think even more.
Teach when I feel like it.
