@MenaHillEdu @KSDEredesign I've definitely thought of this. As somebody who has taught in a postsecondary setting, I can testify to the utter lack of knowledge and support regarding effective models of pedagogy and classroom environments. Colleges will need an overhaul, too.

Our current educational system, based on scientific management theory, largely holds to the notion the system is more important than the individual student. Redesign flips this notion and places utmost importance on the individual student where it should be!
