Have just completed my first ever international visit as trip leader, buzzing is an understatement! The hours of paperwork and stress paid off and the 50 students we took to Iceland outdid themselves! ๐ฎ๐ธ ๐ ๐ง

Had great fun doing this revision game with S3 this morning on their unit of work so far around the triangular trade! Thanks to @MrKilgallon for the idea ๐ก
@WATgeography I will put a template up later today along with the presentation I use ๐พ - we don't do coast's I'm afraid, glaciers all the way โ The template is very quick to fill in though, just need 36 themes/concepts/ideas from lessons

Moving between classrooms means that our choices have a significant knock-on effect on other teachers in our school.
Letโs sweat the small stuff and uphold the highest standards in every single lesson, so that we donโt make life harder for our colleagues than it has to be.
@TheGeographyDon They really got on with it! They found the clues really thought-provoking about what they could remember so got debating a bit about the 'correct' notes to make ๐ค I will nake a google docs link tomorrow and post it, I didn't think they would be so popular ๐พ

Year 9 - The Boxing Day Tsunami ๐ (An 'Impossible' Task)
Year 10 - Global Atmospheric Circulation ๐ (Too much 'Pressure')
Year 11 - River Management Strategies ๐ (Rather 'Dam'ning)
@chris_dwyer1 Yes! They role the dice twice to get the grid reference, highlight the square and write about the factor. Some clues really got them thinking!
More than happy to send over the Powerpoint/Resource if you would like - they had the option of a Hazards or Living World grid today ๐
