Day 11. Last full day of the trip and the Louvre didn’t disappoint. Sad to say we’re leaving tomorrow but I’m pretty sure we saw everything in France 😂 #rockiesineurope

Day 10. Checked out the mulberry harbours in Arromanches before an incredible tour of Juno Beach. A very special place. We then made our way to Paris and enjoyed a river cruise to cap off the day! #rockiesineurope

Day 9. A windy, windy, WINDY day out in Normandy but nonetheless, a special day on the beaches. Juno tomorrow morning then off to Paris! #rockiesineurope

Day 8. After a long travel day we made it Normandy coast to check out the Caen Memorial Museum (sorry no snaps). But first, a beautiful and impactful stop in Dieppe #rockiesineurope

Day 7 and we made it to Ypres, Belgium. Spent some time in the countryside of Flanders before taking in the Menin Gate ceremony #rockiesineurope

Day 6 - Beaumont-Hamel. I was extremely honoured today to have the privilege to lead our group at such an important location. It’s always surreal to be back at the Somme. #rockiesineurope

Day 6 - Vimy Ridge. To wrap up “Canada Day” we paid our respects at Vimy. Places like this are so important to us as Canadians. Again, an honour to share this with our students #rockiesineurope

Day 4 in Germany. A somber day at Dachau. No words can describe the impact we all felt here but very proud of how our group handled and showed the utmost respect during our visit. #rockiesineurope
