The refunds in question are being denied unless the event is actually cancelled, which I’m told is the purview of the venue and/or promoter. So, is there any progress on new dates please?

I booked tickets on the 19th of June 2024 to see Falling in Reverse on the 8th of December that same year.

The band “postponed” their gig until 2025 and I contacted you via email and on here on the 5th of February 2025 to get refunded.

Both times you ghosted me.
