If you ever find yourself being frustrated at games/situations/etc, Just take a step back from it, there's something to be said from scaling back your own game time and interactions just to mentally reset.

I do urge anyone out there to try and expand your horizons. Pick up something new whether it be a new hobby, new games, interacting more with people you already know without needing to have a particular reason to. Even just sit outside and think about nothing.
