@KFC_UKI horrible experience this evening in the merthyr store. Was unable to order using NHS ID as the staff were blatantly ignoring customers. When food was ready no sauces or cups were given for a “dipping” box. Most tables were also dirty meaning there was no suitable seating

@tfwrail Is there any plan to solve this or are the valleys passengers suppose to accept that the trains will be consistently late? Also the congestion doesn’t explain the lack of information on the boards and live timetables which both say the train has left the station when it’s late.

Platform boards don’t even give an idea on how long the train will be delayed by they just tick over to the next train and act like the delayed train has left the station. Same with their live times on the app.

@Tesco I just bought a pack of bacon from your ystrad mynach store and when I got home I have realised the pack has no form of date and the bacon has a green tint to it. I am unable to return to the store to return it at this point in time.
