Advice for all those beginning P.E home learning next week. PLEASE provide as many suggestions/opportunities for your students to step away from their screens and get active. P.E will be the only opportunity some students get for weekly exercise. 1/2

@PEMolloy @Strava This looks great! We have tried to provide a range of different physical activities that students can choose from and evidence with photos/videos. Generally going well and students engaging. Some options are linked to sports they would be doing if they were still in school

Try not to bog them down with reams of written work particularly at KS1-KS3. It wouldn’t happen in a lesson in school so try to avoid the temptation to do now they’re at home.
