the reason i often tell people not to get their information from full-time influencers is because their incentives aren't aligned with yours.

an influencer will post pretty much anything to get clicks so they make more ad money or drive leads to their course etc.

the best follows on x are people who have a full-time job and post on x because they genuinely want to help, want to share info and enjoy it.

they have no incentive to make money from clicks because they don't make their money from you!
