The founding fathers were right not want political parties. We have a duopoly, two parties control the voting lines, the debates & media coverage, & have rewritten the rules to insure their majority the longevity of their seats.
.@BernieSanders endorsed Biden within hours of his reelection campaign announcement. Joe Biden is the embodiment of the corporate state. He is a warmongering puppet of the Wall Street oligarchs. But progressive Democrat opposition leader Bernie Sanders still cannot wait to endorse him.
Biden had two years of majorities in Congress and he didn't even keep his own moderate promises, like a public option and a $15 minimum wage. Instead he made Trump's corporate tax cuts permanent, privatized infrastructure, and started WW3.
He let the child tax credit expire, fueled drug war mass incarceration, and ended the eviction moratorium. He refused to implement Medicare for All in the only rich country that doesn't have a single-payer system, leaving everyone at the mercy of health insurance and Big Pharma price gouging.
Biden is the antithesis of what Bernie claims to believe. Bernie is a traitor to his own political revolution. This is how every attempt to reform the Democrat Party ends. Because the party doesn't actually have primaries. It has coronations.
During the 2017 DNC Fraud Lawsuit, the party said that it rigs the primaries and that it has the right to. It admitted in court that the primaries are a charade and that the DNC simply chooses the nominees.
With every moment that we're on this treadmill in the establishment parties, the country falls further into authoritarian oligarchy. The uniparty is part of the corporate state. The only way to break this cycle is to get off the treadmill and take on the uniparty itself as an independent.
Reducing the number of jobs companies actually hire for also reduces the wages whoch they're willing to pay. Less jobs, each job is more valuable which means labor compromises on wages to obtain the job. At least that's the economic design.
The Republican party has become so shrouded in special interests that it is un-American. They are putting money and self before God and country. Taking public services, access to education, healthcare, & quality food, life, & shelter away from people is not American.
The law needs to updated to state business/organizations/entities/groups or otherwise do not have a right to vote & therefore do not have the right to make political contributions. Financial contribution is not free speech, it is a gift, benefit, in other words compensation.

All elected leaders need to have term limits, 2 terms in the House, 2 in the Senate. That is a max for 16 years in Congress, which is still a very long time. This has to be coupled to laws forbidding elected becoming or working for/with special interests for at leas 10 years.
@RBReich alludes to the labor market. These companies have depressed & under paid for labor for generations now. It's time for a market correction. Increased wages within a hold on the inflation of consumer goods & services is in vein.
CEO pay is out of control. Just look at Amazon.
The companyβs chief executive made $212.7 million in compensation in 2021 while the typical worker received $32,855.
That's a ratio of 6,474 to 1.
This is what I mean when I say the system is rigged.
@GitRDoneLarry You seem pissy or maybe it's just a shitty situation. I'm sure once you light a match it'll be much better, in the mean time, bite your lip and pushing. Have a happy birthday dropping the kids at the pool. GRD! GBR!
@CollinRugg No, rational person should want Donald Trump as spreaker of the house. This line of thought kills all moment for a presidential run in 2024.
Having a cheaper version of @DisneyPlus is just going encourage people to take the cheaper option for the same content. Disney+ shouldn't cheapen the brand to sell ads no one wants to watch. How about you figure out tf you doin' with Hulu. Shit or get off the pot already.
@onepeloton would shave a ton off that bottomline by moving HQ in FL. Hey, there's this great organization call @Disney you could partner with that has a bunch of real estate that is special use you could partner with.
If someone feels everything is about a particular thing, they spend their time dwelling in that particular thing, & their world will be about that particular thing. People should be careful where they dwell, the smell of it will follow you & you be reminiscent of it constantly.
Can we please stop saying economic racism, it's call classism no matter the race. The classist person may be racist, but it's the socioeconomic status they are sizing up and weaponizing. They may also be bigoted & presume because of your race you're poor.
