Doing daily task like lunch and dinner are the only thing left a person is able to do and that too just for existence.

- Wake up early.

- Pick a Sport like badminton, TT. Something which requires above average activity.

- Try not eat after 8 PM.

- Live your day asusual.

What will this change??
You will start to feel a bit exhausted and drowsy after 9 PM.
This will help you sleep way early.
Also, this way you'll be able to increase your deep sleep time.

10 years into the future...

Any fund manager may outperform or may prove to be flop.
Even Parag Parikh may destroy investors' money. No one has been able to conquer the market.

At this point, no one can tell how will a fund perform after 10 years.

So...
