Friday reflection: finally cracked handing out books.
Really simple, each row given a number, matching numbered paper folder (a3) placed on desk, at end of lesson pupils put books in folder and pass to end of row. At start of lesson I put folders back on desk #edutwitter

After all that, the flow between Units 1 & 3 felt off, so I reworked the questions, updated the booklet & will re-record tomorrow.

With grade boundaries likely shifting, maths-in-science skills are key.

Writing model calculations whilst thinking about cognitive load is always a tricky balance.

Option 1: Keep it all on the page.

Less split attention, is this too intimidating to a novice? Would an expert still be required to break into steps?
